Tasting Notes

This wine is garnet red, shiny, with some violet reflections
His nose is intense and deep with notes of candied fruit notes, red pepper, cloves and subtle smoky and roasted it has made its way through small barrels.

In the mouth is franc and fruits are expressed intensely supported by firm tannins and round. An elegant and delicate acidity and mineral notes will provide complexity.
Well-seasoned red meats, pasta with heavy sauces and some aged cheeses are a good company for a great Cabernet Sauvignon.
